No. The Digital Factory v11 and Flexi 24 downloads and activation details are sent by email only. You receive everything directly in your inbox after the order is confirmed — no postal shipment, no physical item.
How long does it take to receive the pack?

Is the pack compatible with Mac?
No. Both CADlink Digital Factory v11 and SAi Flexi 24 run exclusively on Windows 10 and Windows 11. They are not compatible with macOS or Linux.
How do I activate Flexi 24?
Flexi is cloud-based: go to saicloud.com, create or log in to your SAi Cloud account, enter your activation code, then download and install. An internet connection is also required when setting up printer drivers in Production Manager.
