BRAVO OS manages your machine's parameters, stitching commands and motion paths to ensure accurate embroidery execution: load your embroidery files, adjust the settings, and let the OS optimize the run for clean stitching — with speed controls, color sequence customization and real-time monitoring of stitching progress. The Acti-Feed system meters thread automatically based on material thickness (in v12, the Lower Limit setting now equals the actual material thickness), delivering consistent tension across t-shirts, polos, caps and thick jackets alike.
Version 12 is built for ease and reliability: the new Simplified User Interface (LITE and FLEX levels) walks operators through hooping, threading and trace-to-sew with minimal training, while v12.07 adds automatic firmware re-flash — if an issue requiring a firmware reflash arises, the machine reflashes itself and notifies the user, on top of numerous firmware updates and stability improvements. Designs arrive from DesignShop or any standard file (OFM, DST, EXP, PES and more), and the machine connects to your PC by simple Ethernet cable.
