Wasatch SoftRIP 8 is the latest major release of Wasatch's industry-leading wide-format RIP software — bringing a redesigned user interface, Shape Nesting included in every licence, dedicated halftone effects for DTF and DTG printing, and new Wasatch Cloud services for remote support and cloud-based print automation. Built on the same trusted foundation used by print professionals in over 150 countries, Version 8 is the most capable and connected release in the software's history.
New in Version 8: Shape Nesting automatically optimises media placement to eliminate waste. DTF and DTG Halftone Effects add pinholes and break-line patterns to improve garment breathability, stretch resistance and hand feel. Legacy colour matching ensures consistent colour when migrating from older configurations. CSV colour curve import gives colour experts precise calibration control to one part in 10,000. Cloud printing from Amazon S3 and distributed storage is available via the Automation Option. Compatible with Windows 10 and 11.
